Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - Bachelors degree in computer science or a related IT field, or equivalent experience - 9 years of extensive experience in the outlined responsibilities, or alternative combinations of education and experience - At least 5 years in systems architecture, enterprise engineering, or complex infrastructure design - Familiarity with DoD Budget Performance and Formulation applications - Masters degree in an IT-related discipline (preferred) - Experience with MBSE tools and methodologies (preferred) - Relevant industry standard certifications (preferred) - Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Kanban, etc.) (preferred) - Current/active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility - Joint Air Force-Army-Navy (JAFAN) eligibility required Responsibilities: - ---------------- - Lead the architectural design, development, and execution of intricate computer systems and network infrastructures - Conduct high-level system analysis to identify requirements and convert them into scalable architectural specifications - Provide senior oversight for software sustainability, maintenance, and development of major projects, including managing Plans of Action and Milestones (POA\&M) - Supervise performance during technical assessments, ensuring the acceptability of software and hardware components - Assess and propose enhancements for emerging technologies, system software, and associated business processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system architectures with organizational priorities and security protocols - Troubleshoot and resolve intricate architectural and system-level challenges, documenting root causes and preventive measures - Support user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and data adjustments while gathering and summarizing technical information for organizational use - Produce expert-level documentation and technical specifications for the planning and implementation of new or upgraded IT infrastructure - Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior project staff and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) technical leads - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Company: - ------- We are MANTECH, seeking a dedicated Senior Computer Systems Engineer/Architect to join our team at Elgin Air Force Base, Florida.
