Senior Backend Developer (Go) (m/f/d) - Startup - Hybrid/Remote

Your mission ============ * Own architectural decisions and drive the technical evolution of our backend stack. * Lead complex database and integration projects, including data modeling and migration strategies. * Design and build secure, scalable, and resilient microservices and APIs. * Define the technical approach for new features in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. * Review code, mentor engineers, and provide technical guidance across the team. * Define the technical approach for new features in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. Your profile ============ * 5+ years of professional experience developing backend systems with Go. * Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, distributed systems, and data modeling. * An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (English is our working language). * A high degree of ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and solve complex technical challenges. **Nice to have:** * Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership (people management experience is a plus). * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments.
