Backend Developer (Go/ NodeJS/ TypeScript) (m/f/d) - Startup - Hybrid/Remote

Your mission ============ * Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript. * Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning. * Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems. * Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. * Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team. Your profile ============ * 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript. * An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is our working language). **Nice-to-have:** * Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments.
