**Python Developer - $90/hr Remote - Alignerr** * Location: Remote **About The Job** At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. **Organization** : Alignerr **Position** : Python Developer **Type** : Hourly Contract **Compensation** : $60--$90 /hour **Location** : Remote **Commitment** : 10--40 hours/week **Role Responsibilities (Training Support Will Be Provided)** * Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. * Solve complex algorithmic challenges and develop high-quality Python solutions. * Provide clear, human-readable explanations for code logic and problem-solving strategies. * Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, or ambiguities in AI responses. **Requirements** * Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or a related technical field. * Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features. * 3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code. * Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts. **Preferred** * Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems. **Application Process (Takes 15-20 min)** * Submit your resume * Complete a short screening * Project matching and onboarding
