**Position Title: Sr Python Developer** **Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA,** **Open to all tech hubs Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL Dallas, TX and Phoenix, AZ**. **Onsite 5 days** **Acceptable time zone(s): Local time zone** **Days of the week: M-F** **Working Hours: 8a-5p: Flexible** **Travel: Rare** **Intended length of Assignment: 2/26/2027** **Contract to hire only W2** Client will not sponsor work visas if the decision is made to hire the contingent worker. **Function of the Group:** Intelligent Automation, leveraging AI **Initiatives/Projects:** Agentic Platform building for internal resources **Industry background**: IT Financial Services: preferred **Team Dynamic:** Team of 8-10 (QE, Software Engin., Bus. Analysts etc) potential to work with Business ops partners. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to design, and build an Agentic Platform for internal use. * This role blends traditional full-stack development with modern AI/ML system design, enabling intelligent, data-aware user experiences. * You will work cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and designers to deliver robust, scalable solutions leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. **Must Have Technical Skills:** * Python * LLM Basics * RAG * Systems Design and Engineering * Ability to design a fault tolerant production system * APIs * Agile **Flex Skills/Nice to Have:** * Java * Jira * Microsoft Office * Experience with relational databases **Soft Skills:** * Written and Verbal Communication * Ability to work well with a team * Time Management * Multi-tasking **Education/Certifications**: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience **Role Differentiator:** Agentic platform is a new upcoming project.
