**Financial Analyst / Pricing Analyst** Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst / Pricing Analyst to support strategic business decisions through financial analysis, pricing strategy, forecasting, and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to drive profitability, improve decision-making, and support long-term business growth within a manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain pricing strategies that optimize profitability and support market competitiveness. * Analyze financial, operational, and market data to support pricing decisions, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. * Build and maintain financial models, pricing models, and customer-specific pricing structures. * Evaluate cost drivers, raw material trends, production costs, margins, and capacity utilization. * Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and business analyses for leadership. * Support profitability initiatives through margin analysis and pricing recommendations. * Partner cross-functionally to provide insights related to financial performance, cash flow, and business strategy. * Ensure data integrity and support ongoing reporting and analytics efforts. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. * 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Pricing Analysis, FP\&A, or Business Analytics. * Experience within manufacturing, industrial, metals, or other cost-driven environments preferred. * Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis experience. * Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. **Technical Skills** * Advanced Microsoft Excel * Power BI or similar data visualization tools * SAP experience preferred * Financial modeling, reporting, forecasting, and analytics **Why Consider This Opportunity?** * Highly visible role with direct impact on pricing strategy, profitability, and business performance. * Opportunity to partner with senior leadership and influence key business decisions. * Broad exposure across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Procurement. * Growth-oriented environment with strong professional development potential.
