**Management \& Leadership Instructor (AI Training)** **About The Role** We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape how AI thinks about organizations, people, and decisions. Your expertise will directly influence the quality of AI reasoning in one of the most complex and human-centered domains: leadership. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your knowledge of organizational behavior, team dynamics, and management theory becomes the standard that AI is measured against. * Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) * Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract * Location: Remote * Commitment: 10--40 hours/week **What You'll Do** * Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism * Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning around teams, incentives, and organizational structure * Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations * Provide structured, expert feedback to improve how AI approaches managerial challenges * Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule **Who You Are** * 3 years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level * Strong grounding in organizational behavior, leadership theory, and decision-making frameworks * Able to critically evaluate complex tradeoffs and managerial reasoning * Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing clear, structured feedback * Self-motivated and reliable in an independent, remote work environment **Nice to Have** * MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field * Real-world industry leadership or operations experience * Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows **Why Join Us** * Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs * Fully remote and flexible --- work on your own schedule * Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration * Make a meaningful impact on how AI understands leadership and organizational decision-making * Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
