**Management \& Leadership Instructor (AI Training)** **About The Role** We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help train the next generation of AI systems. Your expertise in organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership theory will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex management challenges. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world knowledge makes a measurable impact on cutting-edge AI development. * Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) * Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract * Location: Remote * Commitment: 10--40 hours/week **What You'll Do** * Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy, logic, and realism * Evaluate AI reasoning across topics like team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design * Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations * Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the quality of AI managerial reasoning * Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule **Who You Are** * 3 years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level * Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks * Skilled at evaluating decision-making processes and analyzing complex tradeoffs * Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing precise, actionable feedback * Self-motivated and reliable --- able to meet deadlines without close supervision **Nice to Have** * MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field * Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or consulting * Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows **Why Join Us** * Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs * Fully remote and flexible --- work on your own schedule * Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration * Apply your academic expertise to a field at the forefront of technology * Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
