This is a unique opportunity to put your security expertise to work on one of the most important technology challenges of our time. * Organization: Alignerr * Type: Hourly Contract * Location: Remote * Commitment: 10--40 hours/week **What You'll Do** * Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and failure patterns * Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related vulnerabilities * Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for correctness and risk * Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems * Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI understand how IAM risk actually emerges and propagates in enterprise environments **Who You Are** * 2 years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms * Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege models, and access review processes * Familiar with how identity failures occur in real environments and how attackers exploit them * Able to communicate technical findings clearly and systematically * Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments **Nice to Have** * Experience with cloud identity platforms (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Okta, etc.) * Background in penetration testing, red teaming, or security auditing * Familiarity with SCIM, OAuth, SAML, or directory services * Prior work on AI training, data labeling, or security research **Why Join Us** * Work directly on frontier AI systems alongside top research labs * Fully remote and flexible --- work on your own schedule * Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration * Make a meaningful impact on how AI understands and reasons about cybersecurity * Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
