Night-Shift Packer / Forklift Operator ====================================== **Location:** Spencer, Massachusetts **Schedule:** Monday--Thursday, 6:00 PM--6:00 AM **Schedule flexibility:** A shorter night shift may be considered **Pay:** $20.00 per hour plus a 10% night-shift differential **Total hourly rate:** **$22.00 per hour** Position Overview - ---------------- Revere Staffing Partners is hiring Night-Shift Packers and experienced Forklift Operators for opportunities at FLEXcon in Spencer, Massachusetts. These positions support the packaging, material-handling and quality-inspection of finished products in a manufacturing environment. Candidates may be assigned to sheet or roll packing and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-focused facility. Responsibilities - --------------- * Package finished sheet and roll products * Box, palletize, suspend and band completed orders * Visually inspect products and packaging for quality * Repackage products that do not meet customer or company specifications * Prepare completed products for storage or shipment * Operate barcode scanners * Use pallet jacks, Big Joes, lift tables, hoists, cranes and other material-handling equipment * Experienced forklift candidates may load, unload and move materials throughout the facility * Follow written work instructions and ISO 9001 quality procedures * Follow all OSHA and company safety requirements * Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area * Assist with multiple packing orders as production needs change * Cross-train in other areas of the department * Perform additional production and material-handling duties as assigned Qualifications - ------------- * High school diploma, equivalent education or previous manufacturing experience * Previous packing, warehouse, production or material-handling experience preferred * Professional forklift experience required for forklift assignments * Ability to read, understand and follow written and verbal instructions * Basic math, reading, writing and computer skills * Ability to use hand tools and material-handling equipment * Ability to inspect products and identify visible quality issues * Ability to work safely while supporting multiple orders * Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to Spencer * Ability to work the Monday--Thursday night schedule; candidates needing a shorter shift may still be considered Compensation and Schedule - ------------------------ * $20.00/hour base rate * 10% night-shift differential * **Total rate: $22.00/hour** * Monday--Thursday * 6:00 PM--6:00 AM * Four-day workweek * Shorter night-shift schedules may be considered for qualified candidates * Overtime paid according to applicable law and company policy Apply today for immediate consideration.
