Responsibilities - --------------- * Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality aerospace components. * Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining specifications. * Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. * Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. * Document production data and report any discrepancies to management. Qualifications - ------------- * High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. * Proven experience operating CNC milling machines, preferably in the aerospace sector. * Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine setup. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a machining environment.
