Monday -- Friday from 8AM -- 4PM 7900 N Milwaukee Ave Unit 12 Niles, IL 60714 Inside the Oak Mill Plaza Mall Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift $2.00 Shift Differential for 3rd Shift Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd \& 3rd Shift Schedule: AM / PM shifts available Weekend availability required (Saturday \& Sunday) What You'll Do: * Manual lifting of products into and out of production equipment * Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot assigned production equipment * Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality guidelines * Perform routine checks to ensure machinery is functioning properly * Accurately complete production logs, documentation, and inventory records * Collaborate with team members and communicate production issues promptly * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Requirements: * High school diploma or GED required * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks * Basic math, reading, and mechanical aptitude skills * Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Must be able to work weekends when scheduled Preferred Qualifications: * Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred * Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes is a plus Work Environment: * Manufacturing floor environment with noise and machinery * Occasional exposure to production material components * Fast-paced production setting Details: * Weekly pay * Full-time hours available * Long-term job opportunities * Opportunities for advancement and pay increases * Positive and supportive work environment AI Disclosure: Our recruitment process may include AI-assisted tools to support candidate evaluation.
