This role will support both commercial and residential projects and offers a unique opportunity to be part of an ESOP organization where your success drives the company's success.**What You'll Do:** Estimate electrical construction projects based on electrical drawings and building plansDesign and estimate lighting systems for buildingsManage multiple concurrent projects with accuracy and efficiencyCollaborate with project managers and job superintendents to capture detailed project requirementsDevelop and maintain relationships with contractors and subcontractorsPrepare and submit bids, develop budgets, and participate in bid review meetingsTrack project progress and maintain bid-to-award statisticsGenerate detailed technical reports and cost modelsStay current on local building codes and electrical code requirements**What You Bring:** Proven experience estimating for commercial, industrial, and healthcare electrical projectsStrong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and best practicesAbility to manage multiple deadlines and projects with precisionExcellent communication, organization, and project management skillsFamiliarity with Accubid estimating software (or similar platforms with some Accubid exposure)Electrical Journeyman license is a plus, but not required**Why This Role?** ESOP participation + medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 daysMonday-Friday scheduleDirect impact on commercial and residential project successIf you're a self-starter with a passion for precision and a knack for managing complex estimates, we want to hear from you.
