The Clinical Operations Director is a senior leader responsible for overseeing clinical and operational functions of the medical group. This role partners with the Medical Director to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations, while implementing policies that support productivity, financial performance, and organizational growth aligned with the mission and goals. This position requires schedule flexibility, including occasional evenings and weekends, and may involve working more than 40 hours per week. **Pay Rate:** $150,000/yr-$190,000/yr **Shift:** M-F - 8AM--5PM **City:** Alhambra, CA **Clinical Operations Director Job Requirements:** * 5+ years clinical or medical office management experience, preferably in ambulatory care * Knowledge of clinic operations, grant administration, and fiscal management * Ability to travel between facilities (approx. 10%) and for occasional extended events * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills * Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations * Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Valid California driver's license and proof of insurance **Referral Bonus:** * Referrals really pay off!
