**About the Role** We are seeking a **Technical Architect** to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions that support our growing business and investment platform. This is a strategic leadership role that combines hands-on technical architecture, engineering execution, and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise systems, Salesforce architecture, and modern software development practices, while helping drive the adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technology partners to build scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms that support long-term growth. **Responsibilities** * Lead the execution of the engineering roadmap, translating business objectives into actionable technical initiatives and measurable outcomes * Design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade architectures across Salesforce, internal applications, and third-party platforms * Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and production support * Establish and enforce best practices for software engineering, code quality, security, testing, and performance optimization * Define and drive Salesforce architecture strategy, including integrations, customizations, and platform enhancements * Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals * Evaluate, select, and manage technology vendors and external partners to ensure scalability, reliability, and operational excellence * Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered applications and emerging technologies to improve business outcomes * Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement * Drive agile delivery practices and continuous integration/deployment standards across engineering initiatives **Requirements** * 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or engineering management role * Proven success designing and delivering complex enterprise systems and scalable technology platform * Strong expertise in multi-platform architecture, system integrations, and enterprise application design * Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, platform development, and integration frameworks * Proficiency in modern programming languages and development technologies such as JavaScript, Python, or similar * Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based architectures * Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from concept through delivery * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences **Nice to Have** * Experience designing and deploying AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions in production environments * Background within financial services, investment management, fintech, or highly regulated industries * Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect * Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
