**Description** We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Costa Mesa, California. This role focuses on creating impactful display advertising and social media designs that drive performance and engagement. The ideal candidate has expertise in HTML5 and motion-enabled ad formats, as well as a solid understanding of digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Design visually compelling display ads, including HTML5 formats, to engage audiences and drive campaign success. Integrate video and motion elements into digital advertising units to enhance user experience. Develop creative banner ads tailored for various social media platforms. Deliver performance-driven designs that align with paid media campaign objectives. Collaborate with marketing teams to meet digital campaign timelines and objectives. Optimize creative assets for diverse ad sizes and placements, ensuring compliance with platform specifications. Stay updated on digital advertising trends and specifications to maintain high-quality deliverables. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to produce designs with attention to detail. Ensure all designs adhere to branding guidelines and visual standards. **Requirements** Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Demonstrated skills in graphic design and visual storytelling. Experience designing HTML5 display ads and incorporating motion elements. Strong knowledge of social media ad formats and platform requirements. Ability to create designs that meet performance goals for paid media campaigns. Familiarity with optimizing creative assets for various ad placements and sizes. Understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaign workflows.
