**Virtual Admissions Coordinator -- Substance Use Treatment** ============================================================= **Fully Remote \| Full-Time \| Monday--Friday, 10 AM--6 PM ET** ***SUD / Behavioral Health Admissions Experience Required*** ### **About the Role** Principles Recovery Center (PRC) is seeking an experienced **Admissions Coordinator** to manage inquiries, coordinate intakes, and guide adults seeking substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health treatment through the admissions process. This role requires strong follow-through, compassionate communication, and the ability to independently manage a remote admissions pipeline. ### **What You'll Do** * Manage inbound admissions calls, inquiries, and referrals. * Conduct initial screenings and coordinate intake documentation. * Educate prospective clients and families on PHP/IOP treatment options. * Coordinate assessments, admission dates, and intake logistics. * Maintain consistent lead follow-up and support admissions conversion. * Track admissions activity, referrals, and client records in CRM/EMR systems. * Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support census goals. * Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation. ### **What We're Looking For** **Required** * Experience in **SUD admissions, behavioral health intake, addiction treatment admissions, or equivalent substance use treatment coordination**. * Knowledge of substance use treatment and PHP/IOP levels of care. * Experience with admissions pipelines, lead management, and client follow-up. * Strong phone communication, organization, and independent remote work skills. * Proficiency with CRM/EMR systems. **Preferred** * KIPU or similar behavioral health EMR experience. * Insurance verification and treatment placement experience. * Bilingual English/Spanish. ### **About PRC** Principles Recovery Center provides individualized PHP and IOP treatment for adults experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. **Join a people-first team helping individuals take their first step toward recovery.** **Learn More:** Principles Recovery Center (https://principlesrecoverycenter.com/)
