**About the Company** Our client, a premier luxury wellness destination, is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Wellness \& Operations to provide strategic leadership across all wellness programming, guest experience, and operational performance initiatives. **About the Role** This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day resort operations while driving innovation in wellness programming, service excellence, team development, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep expertise in luxury hospitality, wellness programming, operational strategy, and organizational leadership. **Preferred Experience** **Luxury wellness resort or destination spa leadership** **Wellness program development and innovation** **Multi-site or large-scale hospitality operations oversight** **Experience leading transformational operational initiatives** **Responsibilities** * Provide executive oversight for all wellness, spa, fitness, culinary wellness, and resort operational functions * Develop and execute strategic initiatives to elevate guest experience and wellness programming * Lead cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational excellence * Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and profitability initiatives across departments * Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining luxury service standards * Partner with department leaders to optimize staffing, training, and performance management * Evaluate and enhance wellness offerings based on industry trends, guest feedback, and market demands * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards * Develop and implement KPIs to measure operational and guest satisfaction performance * Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and service excellence * Build strategic partnerships within the wellness and hospitality sectors * Support brand positioning as an industry leader in luxury wellness experiences **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness Leadership, or related field * 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, destination spas, or related environments * Proven track record of operational leadership and financial oversight * Strong experience leading multi-department teams in a high-touch guest environment * Deep understanding of wellness trends, luxury guest expectations, and service excellence standards * Exceptional strategic planning, leadership, and organizational development skills * Strong financial acumen and experience managing P\&L responsibilities * Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
