**Education/Qualifications:** * **Bachelor's degree** in an Engineering discipline or related technical function. * **15 years** of progressive Food \& Beverage manufacturing with advancement through increasing levels of responsibility. * **5 years** of experience directing multiple manufacturing sites. * Proven track record in leading teams, managing complex manufacturing processes, production planning, and strategic planning in a food or similar manufacturing environment. * Demonstrated success in **financial management**, achieving productivity targets, and delivering results against a broad set of KPIs. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze downtime trends, financial variances, and implement corrective actions. * Ability to leverage technology to drive organizational improvement. **Summary:** Responsible for overseeing **Supply Chain** and **Operations** across a nationwide network of **manufacturing facilities** . Focusing on delivering reliable, predictable performance to support sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability. The position emphasizes maximizing **safety** , **product quality** , **customer service** , and **operational efficiency** while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, particularly with commercial/sales teams to align network capacity with growth strategies. * Develop, revise, and implement **strategic and tactical plans** to drive business objectives, with strong emphasis on employee safety and food safety/quality standards. * Lead and direct supply chain and operations leadership teams, including setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, appraising results, and enforcing policies and procedures. * Build high-performing teams through employee development, coaching, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training. * Achieve and sustain **exceptional customer service levels**. * Continuously monitor and assess operations using a comprehensive set of **key performance indicators**. * Drive **continuous improvement** initiatives using proven methodologies to enhance service, reliability, and productivity. * Identify needs for asset reconfiguration, develop and execute plans to ensure consistent, reliable plant performance through effective maintenance programs, equipment evaluation, and upgrades. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product and system enhancements that maximize profitability and quality.
