Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - Must possess an active secret clearance or higher. - Associates degree or at least five years of related experience. - Proven track record in technical writing, including the creation of instruction manuals, proposals, reports, visual aids, technical descriptions, product recall notices, and white papers. - Detail-oriented with the capacity to produce written content free from grammatical, spelling, formatting, and other editing errors. - Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, assess options, and implement effective solutions. - Ability to function both independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. - Skills in planning work while considering future requirements and established objectives. - Results-driven with a strong commitment to meeting assigned goals, quality standards, and deadlines. Responsibilities: - ---------------- - Create instruction manuals, SOPs, TTPs, how-to guides, journal articles, and various other documents to expertly convey complex and technical information. - Translate and format technical communication from IT professionals into straightforward language suitable for both internal and external stakeholders. - Gather information and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports. - Collaborate with all functional areas, staff, leaders, and partners to ensure that documentation and contract deliverables meet quality standards and obtain necessary approvals. - Participate in process enhancement sessions to document, develop, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), flowcharts, processes, and guidelines. - Maintain accurate records and files of work and revisions; edit documentation and standardize or modify materials prepared by other writers or personnel. - Work closely with our team to curate, expand, and refresh a technical and procedural library of approved content. - Undertake additional tasks as required by OSC and the Government contracting office. - ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Company: - ------- We, OSC EdgeTech, LLC, are a dynamic subsidiary of Cook Inlet Region, Inc.
