Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in data center and/or industrial technical program management, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and testing - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, integration strategies, and system coordination - At least 5 years of project management experience covering scope determination, scheduling, budgeting, quality, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration - Proven capability in leading presentations with customers and stakeholders - Deep understanding of all dependencies and deliverables in the Data Center Infrastructure sector - Analytical, data-driven, and decisive decision-making skills - Exceptional problem-solving capacity with keen attention to detail - Strong communication and teamwork skills - History of taking ownership and delivering results in dynamic environments - Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Creative, self-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented - Ability to work independently with minimal oversight - Effective in presenting information and responding to queries from management, clients, and the public - Skilled in influencing others and sharing best practices - Comfortable collaborating within a global team - Capable of assessing projects, identifying risks, and creating project milestones - Familiarity with stage-gate processes in project lifecycle management (PLCM) - Ability to mentor junior project managers as required - Willingness to travel up to 20%, primarily domestically; internationally as necessary Responsibilities: - ---------------- - Provide regular updates to senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams regarding the status of infrastructure programs, including risks, obstacles, and dependencies - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of datacenter power distribution, cooling systems, and related subsystems - Act as a technical advisor, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and focusing on engineering teams to identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure technical feasibility - Coordinate multiple projects and manage interdependencies among them - Drive decisions with relevant stakeholders, removing roadblocks to resolve customer issues - Manage programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes and coordinating schedules - Collaborate with factory-based project managers to support from RFP through NPI completion of FWT - Oversee RFP timelines, milestones, meetings, documentation, RFIs, ECNs, and work collaboratively on packaging all RFP deliverables - ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Company: - ------- We are Jabil, and we seek a Technical Program Manager (TPM) specializing in Datacenter Infrastructure Engineering and Manufacturing.
