**Supply Chain Planner \| Indianapolis, IN \| Manufacturing \| 5 or more Years Experience Required** A 1000+ person global automotive manufacturing facility in **Indianapolis** is seeking an experienced **Production Planner**. This position is responsible for the daily coordination of assembly lines, material flow, and inventory accuracy to ensure customer orders are met on schedule. **Description** * **Production Scheduling:** Manage and maintain daily assembly line schedules based on customer demand and plant capacity. * **Inventory \& MRP Management:** Utilize **MRP and ERP systems** to monitor inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and ensure data accuracy across the production floor. * **Operational Coordination:** Identify and resolve production bottlenecks by working directly with floor teams and department heads. * **Supply Chain Management:** Coordinate material flow for **Electronics and Electrical Manufacturing** components, ensuring consistent availability for production. * **Production Control:** Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and adjust plans in real-time to maintain 100% on-time delivery. **Skills \& Requirements** * **Industry Experience:** **5-20 years** of direct experience in **Production Planning** , **Production Control** , or **Materials Management in a high volume manufacturing.** * **Sector Expertise:** Proven background in a high-volume **Manufacturing Environment** , specifically within **Automotive** , **Electronics** , or **Electrical Manufacturing**. * **Technical Proficiency:** skills in navigating and managing **ERP/MRP systems and using MS Excel.** * **Professional Background:** While this is an individual contributor role, the complexity is well-suited for those who have previously held titles positions as **Materials Manager** , **Master Scheduler** , or **Production Control Manager or worked in Planning, in scheduling or in Production control.** * **Qualifications:** A college degree is not required; we prioritize candidates with extensive, successful track records in the industry. * **Location:** This position is for local candidates currently residing in **Central Indiana**. * Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder **FPC - Fortune Personnel Consultants, Orlando Office** **\| 🌐** www.fpcor.com \| 📞 Maria Aviles \| 407-307-1500 Ext 133 **Note:** Please apply before enquiring.
