**Location:** Beaverton, OR (WHQ -- onsite, WFH Fridays) **Schedule:** Standard business hours **Interview Process:** 1 round only What You'll Do * Lead **strategic planning, thinking, and forecasting** efforts * Drive a key project: **Apparel classification playbook** (managing apparel across multiple sports) * Build **high-impact executive presentations and slide decks** * Provide **ad hoc strategic support** to the Head of Apparel * Partner closely with **Product Strategy** and collaborate with **Apparel Leadership Team** Must-Have Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement) * **10+ years** in strategic planning roles * Strong **project management** skills * Exceptional **written communication** with executive-level storytelling Key Soft Skills * Ability to **build relationships quickly** * Confidence working with **executive stakeholders** * **Bias for action** and comfort in fast-paced environments Preferred Background * Strong experience in the **apparel industry**
