As a manager, you are an example of excellence, knowledge, and results for your entire team. Trade-oriented, you have a perfect command of sales techniques, are able to identify the expectations of our customers and be able to efficiently manage orders \& customer order tracking. **Be an active participant in the service offered by Iris Galerie (greeting customers, presenting the concept, shooting, editing, supervising, etc.)** **Daily analysis of results: dashboards and indicators.** * Identify causes of business slowdown, revenue decline and loss and propose action plans **Recruit, train, integrate, evaluate staff and support their professional development.** * Define your team's objectives, support your actions towards achieving them. * Ensure the application of the regulations in place (health, safety, procedures, etc.) and legal displays. **Ensure store opening and closing.** * Ensure proper store maintenance (layout, signage, cleaning), supervise merchandising. * Monitor operating account, manage cashbook, safe and cash deposit, assist with store budget development. * Monitor inventory status, oversee supplies (receiving orders), prepare and complete inventories. * Excellent customer service **Our expectations** * Involvement in the success of your gallery * Fluency in English language required, both oral and written. * Additional language strongly appreciated * Ability to listen and be open to improvement * Strong communication skills (with field teams, support teams and management) * Strong rigor and organization * First experience in the field of sales and retail sales required * Independent and proactive profile ***Job Type:*** *Full-time* ***Salary:*** *$25 per hour* **Location:**Onsite, Iris Galerie Universal Studio City Walk **What's in it for you?** * Competitive Base Salary * Sales Commissions Tips * Excellent Paid Time Off Policy * Overtime Paid * Employee Discount * Training and ongoing support * Opportunity to grow within an international brand * Creative and dynamic work environment **Shift \& Schedule:** * Day, Morning and Evening * Monday to Friday Weekend Availability * 40 Hours / Week **Starting Date:** ASAP **Application Process:** Please note that all communication regarding your application, including interview and updates, will be conducted via e-mail.
