**Position: Sr. Product Manager (PLM, MES)** **Location: Seattle, WA** **Duration: FTE** **Responsibilities:** * Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for the next-generation Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) work-streams. * Demonstrate deep technical expertise in PLM and MES systems architecture (workflows, APIs, runtime, design limitations, maintenance) and leverage data-driven insights to influence priorities and strategy. * Scope and manage large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, or deprecating obsolete systems across multiple teams and platforms. * Ensure the program meets challenging business goals and drives measurable improvements in efficiency or experience for customers, employees/engineers, or the business. * Apply product management best practices to refine procedures and increase the productivity and effectiveness of cross-functional teams. * Possess excellent business communication skills to present complex technical information to a wide range of stakeholders. * Participate in hiring and mentor others to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results. **Required:** * Bachelor's degree * Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition * Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product * Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product * Experience managing technical products or online services * Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning * Experience in developing Manufacturing Execution Systems * Experience in developing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems * Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight * Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools * Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines * Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process * Experience with Dassault 3D Experience PLM Platform. * Experience with the Apriso and Delmia platforms. **Core skills/Technologies:**Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight, Dassault 3D Experience PLM Platform, Apriso \& Delmia Platforms **Applicant Notices \& Disclaimers:** For information on benefits, equal opportunity employment, and location-specific applicant notices, click here
