Sr. IT Project Manager/Coordinator

**Description** We are looking for an experienced Sr. IT Project Manager/Coordinator to oversee and streamline project execution in a dynamic environment. This role focuses on coordinating various aspects of IT and construction-related projects while ensuring accuracy in documentation and coding standards. This is a long-term contract position based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion. Oversee document coding processes and ensure compliance with established standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align project objectives. Facilitate communication across teams to address challenges and maintain progress. Monitor the implementation of Relativity and other tools to enhance project efficiency. Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and risk assessments. Support construction-related initiatives by integrating IT solutions into workflows. Identify areas for improvement in project execution and recommend actionable solutions. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and best practices throughout project lifecycles. Provide regular updates to leadership on project milestones and challenges. **Requirements** Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in IT and construction-related fields. Proficiency in using Relativity and other project management tools. Strong knowledge of document coding and compliance standards. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with construction project workflows and IT integration.
