We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Estimator - Commercial Construction to join our team in Boston. This role requires expertise in preparing precise estimates and managing budgets for large-scale commercial construction projects. * Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects. * Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to assess scope and requirements. * Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information. * Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to secure competitive pricing. * Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering recommendations. * Ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications. * Assist in bid preparation and submission processes.
