**Top 5-10 responsibilities:** * Analyze data sets, determine data characteristics, define data mappings, write transformation rules for technology consumption, translate requirements into Features in Aha, Prioritize Features, Provide input on refinement to technology team, test output of development. * Additionally resources may read clinical charts to determine evidence of data present and interpret what chart information means for care gap closure **Ideal candidate background look:** * 5+ years business analysis * 5+ years data analysis, experience with CMS/NCQA Quality Measures * 5 years data warehousing in a clinical environment, EMR Experience **Skills/attributes are required:** * SQL, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, SDLC, Agile * 5+ years in total, Data warehousing, Data Mapping, experience w/ cloud **Skills/attributes are preferred:** * UHC Quality Experience, Clinical Background, CMS Measure Expertise, Software and Data Development experience Please apply through this online posting or by visiting our Job Board at Applications will be accepted for 4 weeks.
