Sr. Business Analyst with Utilities/ Electric / Gas experience

**MUST HAVE SKILLS:** * **Asset Work Management, Electric Generation Interconnection (EGI)** * **Utilities experience** * **SAP Work and Asset Management focusing on Electric Distribution, Transmission, Substation** * **Good to have: Joint Pole experience; portal displaying assets for utilities (JUMP)** * **10 years of BA experience with gathering requirements, previous utility experience and project implementation** **Minimum Qualifications:** * BA/BS in Computer Science/ Information Systems, Business, Engineering, etc. or equivalent work experience * Demonstrated course work and/or training in programming languages used for client applications and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * 10 years of experience in similar or related job functions. * Experience in Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodology * Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development * Proven experience with business IT applications * Ability to lead and influence decision-making working with senior management * Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it * Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills * Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail * Highly self-motivated and directed * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure * Strong customer service orientation * Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment * Experience with MS Visio, Excel and PowerPoint * Working knowledge of SQL **Desired Qualifications:** * Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration * Experience working with Electric Generation Interconnection program * Experience working with Electric Distribution/Transmission/Substation work and asset management processes * Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver on significant technology solutions/business process improvements from concept to implementation
