This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of regional social media strategy, creating engaging, localised content while working closely with a wider European marketing team in a fast-paced, international environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute social media strategies for the DACH region * Create engaging written, visual, and video content tailored to German-speaking audiences * Manage and grow regional social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook) * Plan and deliver a structured social media content calendar * Collaborate with creative, marketing and content teams across Europe * Identify and manage influencer and community partnerships * Drive engagement, audience growth and brand awareness initiatives * Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns through data insights * Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging and visual identity **Candidate Profile** * Native-level German with fluent English (C2 level or equivalent) * 3+ years' experience in social media marketing or digital content * Strong copywriting and storytelling skills * Creative thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach * Experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines * Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices * Analytical mindset with experience tracking and improving performance * Experience with social media tools and content creation platforms * Interest in lifestyle, wellness or consumer-focused brands advantageous
