That shows up in who we hire: we're looking for a hacker and a builder, someone relentlessly resourceful who treats blockers as puzzles, not stop signs. We encourage confident decision-making, thoughtful risk-taking, and authentic collaboration. We work hard, celebrate progress, and build an environment where both our people and our brands can thrive. Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000.
