Chick's Saddlery is one of the oldest and largest saddlery \& equine suppliers in America, dedicated to serving horses and their people. **Pay:** $50,000 -- $80,000 per year commensurate with experience. **Type:** Full-Time · Monday--Friday · On-site in Harrington, DE *(Relocation assistance available.)* **About the Role** Chick's Saddlery is looking for a creative, energetic Social Media \& Creative Marketer to bring our brand to life online. You'll own our social presence, produce eye-catching content, and tell the story of Chick's to a nationwide community of horse lovers. This role is a great fit for someone who blends creative talent with a strong work ethic, a photographer, videographer, designer, and storyteller rolled into one. Because you'll be creating content about our products and customers, real horse experience is essential to making it authentic. **Responsibilities** **Social Media Management** * Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more) * Grow followers and engagement while building an active community * Respond to customer comments and messages when appropriate * Track engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance **Creative \& Content Development** * Create graphics, short-form videos, and promotional content * Assist with product photography and video production * Coordinate creative assets for advertising and marketing campaigns * Write blog posts, product descriptions, and website content * Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels **Requirements** * **Significant horseback riding / equine experience required**, you'll be creating content about horses, tack, and riding, and authenticity matters * 2 years of experience in social media content creation and/or digital marketing * Hands-on skills with graphic design and short-form video tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) * Strong copywriting and communication skills * A creative mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills * Comfort with photography and video capture a strong plus **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience creating content for an e-commerce brand * Familiarity with SEO best practices for blog and product content * Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot for content productivity Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Relocation assistance * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Please describe your experience with social media management, marketing, and content creation.
