Are you the one who keeps the line moving and the trucks rolling? - ---------------------------------------------------------------- If you thrive on orchestrating people, processes, and product flow, this first-shift role puts you at the center of production and outbound logistics. ### You will * Run day-to-day assembly and production activities, placing the right talent at the right stations to hit daily build targets * Own the master shipping calendar---sequencing deliveries and aligning logistics to ensure time-critical custom orders arrive on schedule * Guard data integrity by reviewing BOMs, executing in-the-moment ERP changes, and tracking labor and productivity performance * Build bench strength via structured cross-training, uncompromising safety practices, and frequent coaching * Serve as the on-site point for equipment uptime and implement straightforward improvements that clear bottlenecks ### You have * 5+ years of manufacturing team supervision, including 3--5 years as the command presence on a fast-paced shop floor * 1+ year directly managing outbound shipping schedules with proven on-time release performance * The leadership chops to set direction, delegate with clarity, and hold teams accountable---calm, decisive, and proactive * High computer proficiency with hands-on ERP/MRP use and the skill to read technical prints/schematics * A stable, advancing work history without frequent short-term roles ### Role specifics * Shift: First shift Bring your operational discipline and fulfillment focus---help us build quality products and deliver them right on time.
