Senior EstimatorEmployment Type: Full-time Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid) Salary Range: $200K - $240K**Position Summary** Noble Hearts is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the development of capital cost estimates across all phases of project delivery-from planning through construction. This role supports large, complex infrastructure and transit programs and works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cost accuracy, transparency, and alignment with program objectives.**Key Responsibilities** Develop capital cost estimates from conceptual planning through final design and constructionCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather estimating inputsSupport program baselines, business plans, and cost updatesReview contractor estimates, change orders, and claimsDevelop and maintain estimating policies and proceduresAnalyze scope, quantities, schedules, and work breakdown structuresSupervise junior and mid-level estimators and cost analystsPrepare and present cost information to stakeholders**Qualifications** Extensive knowledge of design and construction disciplinesProven ability to develop accurate estimates in schedule-driven environments**Preferred Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Science/Management15+ years of estimating experience, including 10+ years on large transit or infrastructure projectsExperience on projects exceeding $1BProfessional certification as a cost estimator or engineerExperience with estimating software (Timberline, HeavyBid, HCSS, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar)Hashtags#SeniorEstimator #CostEstimating #CapitalProjects #InfrastructureJobs #TransitProjects #RailProjects #ConstructionCareers #ProjectControls #CaliforniaJobs #SacramentoJobs #HybridJobs Noble Hearts
