The Senior Counsel - Construction will provide legal guidance and support, focusing on construction, real estate, and commercial law within a dynamic business services environment. This role is based in Duluth and requires expertise in construction litigation and in-house legal counsel experience. * Provide legal advice and counsel on construction, real estate, and commercial law matters. * Support general contractors and construction projects from a legal perspective. * Handle construction litigation and dispute resolution. * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to construction and real estate. * Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the construction and real estate sectors. * Collaborate with internal departments to address legal and business challenges. * Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies. * Provide training and guidance to staff on legal issues and policies.
