This position is ideal for an early-career analyst who wants exposure well beyond a typical reporting role. You'll sit close to senior leadership, work directly with Sales, and play a key role in shaping how data is used to drive commercial decisions across the business. This is not a "plug and play" environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating with ambiguity, building structure where it doesn't yet exist, and taking ownership of numbers that matter. **The Role** Reporting into senior leadership, the Sales Analyst will support sales strategy, broker management, trade spend visibility, and volume planning. The role blends sales operations, analytics, and problem-solving, with genuine influence on how the sales function evolves. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze sales performance, broker activity, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities * Build clear, commercially focused reporting and dashboards to support decision-making * Monitor and analyze trade spend, promotional activity, and broker payments * Support volume planning cycles, including exclusive and seasonal SKUs * Partner closely with Sales to improve forecasting, planning, and execution * Develop presentations and analytical materials for leadership and customer discussions * Help design and improve reporting processes as the sales organization scales * Act as the go-to resource for ad-hoc analysis and special commercial projects **Background \& Experience** * 1--3 years' experience in a Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or Sales Operations role * Strong Excel or Google Sheets capability; experience with Power BI highly preferred * Comfortable working with imperfect data and building structure from scratch * Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded * Confident communicating insights to senior stakeholders * Proactive, self-starting, and motivated to grow with a scaling business
