Our client is seeking a Commercial Division 7 Estimator or Senior Estimator to support and grow their commercial construction and specialty trades portfolio throughout the DC metro area.This role plays a key part in preconstruction and estimating, supporting a steady pipeline of public-sector and institutional projects.Prepare detailed Division 7 estimates, including:RoofingWaterproofingBuilding envelope scopesPerform quantity takeoffs, pricing, and scope analysisSolicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricingReview drawings, specifications, and addenda for completeness and riskParticipate in bid strategy, pricing reviews, and value engineeringMaintain organized estimate documentation and historical cost dataSupport preconstruction handoff to operations teamsMentor and oversee a junior estimatorMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
