As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers with their selections, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs * Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products * Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including smoke and vape products * Operate cash registers accurately and handle transactions efficiently * Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to ensure an inviting shopping environment * Educate customers on product features, usage, and safety guidelines when applicable * Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety standards * Promote ongoing customer engagement through friendly communication and excellent service Skills * Strong interpersonal skills with a personable and approachable demeanor * Excellent communication skills to effectively assist and educate customers * Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining attention to detail * Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately * Knowledge of smoke \& vape products is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential * Ability to work weekends and evenings our current hours are 9am-8pm * Team-oriented attitude with a positive outlook and strong work ethic This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about retail sales and providing outstanding customer service within a vibrant industry.
