What You'll Do * Welcome customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service * Recommend floral arrangements, plants, gifts, and upgrades based on each customer's needs * Confidently suggest additional products and identify opportunities to increase sales * Answer phones professionally and guide customers through placing orders * Enter and process orders accurately using our POS and computer systems * Handle cash, credit-card payments, and register transactions responsibly * Follow through on customer requests and assigned tasks from beginning to end * Help keep the showroom attractive, organized, stocked, and ready for customers * Communicate order details clearly with designers, drivers, and other team members * Assist during busy holidays and high-volume sales periods Our Ideal Candidate * Has strong retail sales skills and genuinely enjoys selling * Is friendly, outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking with all types of customers * Communicates clearly and professionally in person and over the phone * Has excellent computer skills and experience working with POS systems * Has previous cash-handling experience * Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable * Completes tasks accurately without needing constant reminders * Is honest, trustworthy, and responsible * Remains positive and composed in a busy, fast-paced environment * Works well independently and as part of a team * Floral, gift, luxury retail, or customer-service experience is a plus What Success Looks Like You create a welcoming experience, listen carefully, confidently recommend the right products, and make customers excited about their purchases.
