Then start with us as a Restaurant Supervisor (m/f/d).** Two brands -- endless possibilities!* Your key responsibilities include: * In our dual-brand hotel, you will be **a specialist** in **exceptional and upscale service** and, together with your team, create unforgettable moments for our guests * You **will lead the shifts in our upscale steak restaurant** and be **responsible** for a **smooth service process** * As a **specialist in** your field, you know what our guests want and have the right **feeling for the perfect atmosphere** * You will ensure **guest and sales-oriented service** and look after the department taking **into account profitability** * In case **of special requests or guest complaints** , you are **the contact person** and ensure a quick solution **Be able.** * You have excellent expertise in coffee and tea preparation as well as the food offer. * You have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel or restaurant industry or have already gained several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy. * You have experience in a similar position and want to successfully implement the above points. * You keep a cool head even in stressful situations. * You are characterized by your communicative nature and you feel comfortable in both German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage. **Be connected.** We look forward to getting to know you!
