**Assistant General Manager \| Waco, TX** We're seeking an experienced hospitality leader to join a **high-volume,**chef-driven restaurant operation serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-day business. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven Assistant General Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, develops strong teams, and consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences. **What We're Looking For:** • Current AGM (or equivalent) in a casual or upscale-casual restaurant • Experience managing **$5M+ annual sale**s volumes (preferred experience in $10M+ operations) • Strong front-of-house and back-of-house leadership experience • Proven success leading high-performing teams, driving guest satisfaction, and executing operational excellence • Experience across all dayparts: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-day service **Key Responsibilities:** • Lead daily restaurant operations and shift execution • Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and managers • Partner on hiring, staffing, labor management, and financial performance • Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvements • Serve as acting General Manager when needed **What You'll Bring:** • Strong leadership presence and accountability • Excellent operational and financial acumen • Ability to make sound decisions in a high-volume environment • Passion for hospitality, team development, and guest experience If you've successfully led teams in a high-volume restaurant and are ready for your next leadership opportunity, we'd love to connect.
