We provide opportunities when others may not. **Position Summary** The site maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of buildings located on property and systems within those buildings. They will fix day-to-day issues like plumbing issues, and manage regular maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting, and carpentry. **Duties include but are not limited to:** * Perform repairs inside/outside buildings. * Repair restroom stall doors, locks and hinges. * Irrigation repair * Painting inside/outside of buildings. * Groundskeeping. * Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. * Light plumbing and toilet repair. * Communicate status of repairs, etc to workorders phone number or email provided. * Paint and repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, and other parts of building structures. **REQUIRED:** \*\*\*MUST HAVE TWIC CARD OR ABILITY TO OBTAIN ONE.
