Job Responsibiliti es1. Research and Development Strategy Planni ngDevelop the long-term technical roadmap and research and development strategy for the group's pump industry, focusing on cutting-edge directions such as efficient energy conservation, intelligent pump control, special fluids, and high-end industrial pumps, to ensure global leadership in technolog y. 2. Research and Development System and Team Managem entEstablish and manage a global R\&D team, improve the R\&D process, standards and quality system, and coordinate the management of the entire chain including pre-research, design, simulation, testing, and mass production transformati on. 3. Core Technology Research and Product Innova tionWe are leading the research and development of key technologies such as high-end pump types, fluid systems, noise reduction and energy conservation, new material applications, intelligent sensing and digital pump control, to drive from 0 to 1 innovation and the transition from 1 to N mass product ion. 4. Global Technology Cooperation and Compliance Certific ationCollaborate with top overseas research institutions, industry alliances and standard organizations, lead international certifications (such as CE/UL/IEC) and global layout of intellectual property rights, to enhance technical barriers and brand influ ence. 5. Cross-domain collaboration and commercial transfor mationCollaborate across production, supply chain, market, and overseas divisions to achieve efficient conversion of research and development outcomes, supporting global business growth and breakthroughs in high-end ma rkets. III. Job Requi rementsEducational Background: Relevant majors such as Fluid Machinery, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulics and Pneumatics, with a doctoral degree or above. Candidates from top overseas universities or research institutions are pre ferred. Overseas Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the R\&D management of well-known pump companies / fluid equipment enterprises / research institutions abroad. Candidates with positions such as R\&D Director, Chief Scientist, or Technical Director are pr eferred. Professional Skills: Proficient in pump fluid dynamics, structural design, simulation analysis, testing verification and process engineering; has significant achievements in high-end industrial pumps, intelligent pump systems, energy saving and noise reduction, and new m aterials. Management Skills: Possess a global R\&D perspective and team leadership skills, and have successfully led the implementation of large-scale R\&D projects and breakthroughs in core tec hnologies. Language Abilities: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), and able to use it as the working language; possess cross-cultural communication and global collaborat ion skills.
