Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow - Solid understanding of the ITSM module - Proven experience building and supporting REST API integrations within ServiceNow - Experience with Service Catalog, workflows, Employee Service Center (ESC), reporting and dashboards, CMDB administration and cleanup, and platform configuration or enhancement work - Preferred: experience with CAD integrations - Preferred: experience with GIS integrations - Preferred: broader ServiceNow architecture or platform governance experience - Preferred: ability to evaluate current-state processes and recommend improvements Responsibilities: - ---------------- - Develop and support solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with primary focus on the ITSM module - Build and enhance Service Catalog items - Support improvements to the Employee Service Center (ESC) portal - Implement global platform configuration changes - Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics - Carry out CMDB cleanup and data quality initiatives - Advise on ServiceNow best practices and platform optimization opportunities - Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions - Contribute to ongoing platform enhancements and operational support - ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Company: - ------- We are seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing platform initiatives and day-to-day development needs for our Anchorage, Alaska client. This is a fully remote contract role based out of Seattle, WA. We value strong communication, responsiveness, and dependable virtual collaboration, as our team has traditionally operated with limited remote resources.
