**Customer Service Representative -- Remote Position** **White Glove Roofing \| Based in Nashville, Tennessee** White Glove Roofing is currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position offering up to 30--40 hours per week at **$22 per hour**. At White Glove Roofing, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service throughout every step of the roofing process. We are looking for someone with an excellent phone voice, positive demeanor, and strong communication skills to help maintain our high standards of customer care. Responsibilities: * Communicate with customers before, during, and after their roofing installation * Provide outstanding customer support and ensure all customer needs are addressed promptly * Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records * Follow up with customers regarding appointments, project updates, and customer satisfaction * Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal team members Qualifications: * Excellent phone voice and professional demeanor * Strong customer service and communication skills * Administrative Assistant skills * Highly detail-oriented and organized * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment * Reliable and dependable with strong follow-through * Previous customer service or administrative experience 3 plus years * Roofing knowledge * Own home computer equipment/Quiet Work Environment Schedule Requirements: * Availability Monday through Saturday * Up to 30--40 hours per week Must have own computer equipment and quiet work place!
