**We are currently looking for Registered Dietitians - Competitive Wages, Benefits, \& More** RD is responsible for supporting the daily operations of nutrition \& foodservice department, according to facility policy and procedures and federal/state regulations. The candidate must provide leadership and guidance to ensure that food quality, safety standards, and client expectations are satisfactorily met; responsible for department activities, exercising initiative and independent judgment in performance of tasks; and must be pleasant, respectful, and courteous to residents, families, visitors and fellow employees at all times. Must be: Licensed and Registered Dietitian in Minnesota **MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Provide clinical dietitian services including but not limited to documentation and participation in community clinical meetings according to current practice standards. * Monitors and performs sanitation and safety inspections monthly and as needed. * Monitors and performs meal service inspections monthly and as needed. * Enforces state and federal regulations. * Assist with completion of mock surveys. * Assist in projects as needed under the direction of the Director of Food Hospitality \& Nutrition. * Attends and helps with planning and preparation for Dietary Manager meetings. * Performs all other duties as assigned. **JOB SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:** **Required**: Skill in motivating, coaching, and supervising foodservice personnel • Intermediate computer skills • Mathematical and numerical skills; mechanical aptitude helpful • Effective written and oral communication skills • Demonstrated organizational skills • Current awareness of legislation and regulations influencing the practice of standards of care • Licensed and Registered Dietitian in applicable state(s) **Preferred:**Experience in foodservice management • Experience in long term care \& SNF setting
