**Now Hiring a Quality Management Engineer** **Location:** Carpinteria, CA (100% Onsite) **Pay Rate:** $57-$59/hour **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Ready to put your SAP expertise to work in a high-impact role? We're seeking an experienced **Quality Management Engineer** to support critical quality and compliance processes within a regulated manufacturing environment. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience managing SAP QM master data, inspection plans, sampling procedures, and material master records. **Job Duties** * Create, maintain, and optimize SAP QM master data, including inspection plans, Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs), sampling procedures, and material master records. * Support quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and regulatory teams by ensuring accurate and compliant master data. * Troubleshoot SAP QM issues, including inspection lot creation and workflow discrepancies. * Maintain and govern EHS and regulatory master data as needed. * Conduct data audits, identify root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions. * Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a key liaison for SAP-related projects and enhancements. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field. * 5+ years of SAP QM Master Data experience. * Strong knowledge of inspection plans, MICs, sampling procedures, and material master management. * Experience within regulated manufacturing environments preferred. * SAP S/4HANA QM experience strongly preferred. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. **Employee Benefits** * Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance * 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Commuter/Parking Accounts * People Perks Program * Health Savings Account (HSA) * AD\&D Insurance **Apply Now** If you're a skilled SAP QM professional looking for a challenging opportunity with long-term potential, we want to hear from you.
