In this energetic role, you will lead facilities maintenance teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage all aspects of property upkeep to create a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in facility operations, ensuring tenants' or occupants' satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations such as OSHA standards. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular inspections and facility management. * Lead project management efforts for large-scale repairs or upgrades, coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets effectively. **Requirements** * Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for facilities management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication purposes. * Experience managing facilities maintenance management * Excellent communication skills in English to ensure clear instructions and documentation.
