Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

**Description** We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a fast-paced hardware systems development initiative. In this role, you will manage the bring-up and integration of a high-performance computer system featuring custom-designed circuit boards and advanced accelerators. This is a Contract position requiring a hands-on approach to ensure successful collaboration between internal teams and external vendors. Responsibilities: Lead the development and integration of circuit boards and system assembly into trays and chassis. Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery and accountability. Coordinate efforts across engineering, supply chain, and documentation teams to meet project milestones. Oversee the alignment of software development with hardware readiness and integration. Facilitate sourcing and procurement of essential components for the project. Maintain clear communication channels and schedules among all stakeholders. Support the integration of manufacturing systems to ensure final product readiness. Track project progress and ensure thorough documentation of processes and outcomes. Resolve challenges proactively to keep the project on schedule and within scope. **Requirements** Minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex hardware development projects. Solid understanding of embedded systems, electronics, and mechanical design. Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and hold external partners accountable. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. PMP certification and experience with Agile Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and environments. Hands-on problem-solving approach to project execution. Background in embedded software development is a plus.
