**Summary:** A leading mechanical service company in Florida is seeking a Project Manager to represent the Jacksonville area. The company is a full-service mechanical contractor providing HVAC, plumbing, piping and related mechanical construction and maintenance services for commercial and industrial projects. The position is primarily responsibly for overseeing design-build, construction management, and construct-only projects from initial assignment through final completion.**Responsibilities:** * Prepare and submit monthly progress invoices and manage accounts receivable follow-up. * Maintain and strengthen client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. * Review, track, and manage project schedules to ensure timely execution. * Oversee project budgets, purchasing, and cost control activities. * Coordinate and manage the submittal process from preparation through approval. * Administer purchase orders and oversee subcontractor agreements. * Lead project planning efforts and maintain clear communication with internal project teams. * Develop and maintain monthly financial forecasts for projects exceeding $100K. * Support the contract review and compliance process. * Price, document, and track change order requests (CORs). * Ensure all project closeout documentation and requirements are completed accurately and on time. * Manage RFIs, including preparation, tracking, and resolution. **Job Requirements** **Qualifications:** * Prior experience, leadership skills, and proven record of successful projects to manage large complex projects or multiple projects. * Experience in overseeing the work of two (2) or more Assistant Project Managers. * Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent required. * Minimum ten (10) years of experience in construction, design, management, and finance. * Prior experience managing resources including budgets, schedules, people, and materials in an environment of multiple, competing demands. * Prior experience using Coins and Procore softwares is a plus.
